B30/Research & policy centre (The Hague)

This project concerns the collocation of the three policy research institutes of the Dutch central government in a listed building in The Hague. We are responsible for the development of the workplace concept and the project's strategic brief.

Government Quarters (Oslo)

The Norwegian state is going to concentrate all of its ministries in the 'regjeringskvartal' in central Oslo. Together with Tegn_3 and Ramboll, we were responsible for the development of the workplace concept and design brief for the project.

Town hall Westland

We have helped Westland with the development of the outputspecification for the DBFMO-tender for their new townhall and municipal offices, and we facilitated the tender procedure, which was a organized as a 'competitive dialogue'.

Health care

AZ Zeno (Belgium)

We have used our tool BriefBuilder for capturing all the detail specifications of this hospital project in terms of room dimensions, finishes, fit-out elements, inventory items and medical equipment.

Erasmus Medical Centre (Rotterdam)

We are helping the Erasmus Medical Centre with various (pilot)projects on the standardization of requirements and connect these to the BIM models of the involved design teams.

Academic Hospital Aalborg (DK)

We are helping the Indigo (design/engineering) consortium with capturing all the functional and technical specifications for the 145,000 sqm project, using BriefBuilder.

Higher education/universities

Betacampus Leiden University

We are helping the Leiden University with capturing all their functional and technical requirements for their new Betacampus, which will serve as direct input for the BIM models of the involved design team with the purpose of quality control.

Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences

Using BriefBuilder, we captured all requirements (strategic/functional/technical) for the Design & Build tender of the new Management Sciences building.

OZC Universiteit Tilburg

We have helped the real estate department of Tilburg University with the development of the design brief for their new teaching and learning centre.

Offices/workplaces

DSM (Sittard)

In close collaboration with DSM's users, we have developed a workplace concept for the renovation of this 33,000 sqm office in Sittard.

Entra (Oslo)

Together with the Norwegian architects of Snøhetta and Tegn_3 we developed a workplace concept and design brief for the head office of the Norwegian real estate company Entra.

Orpic (Oman)

Tohether with VMX Architects and i29, we developed an office concept for the Omani company Opric (Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company), which be applied to all of its office locations.

Primary education / high schools

Lucas Education

For Lucas Education, we are working on several projects, both new buildings and renovation projects. Our work includes user involvement, briefing and the management of tender procedures.

IKC Zeeburgereiland

For the DBFMO-tender of the new 'integrated children's centre' (IKC) in Amsterdam, we were responsible for the development of the project brief.

International School Eindhoven

In close collaboration with the city of Eindhoven and the other involved consultants, we developed a comprehensive outputspecification in BriefBuilder for the DBFMO-tender of this project.

Sport

Gymnastics facility (Voorburg)

For the city of Voorburg and Lucas Onderwijs we have developed a design brief for a gymnastics facilitaty that is used by both the local gymnastics club and the adjacent school.

Sports centre (Papendrecht)

Together with Synarchis and city of Papendrecht, we have developed the programme of requirements for the Design & Build tender of this combined sports hall and swimming facility.

Granåsen ski centre (Norway)

Trondheim is redeveloping its Granåsen ski centre into a world cup venue. Together with the Norwegian architects Tegn_3 and Pir II, we are developing the project's brief with requirements concerning slopes, tribunes, sports halls, media facilities, and hotel facilities.
